The love that poured out of the wedding was unfathomable. On Saturday before the ceremony I arrived at each of the homes where the bride and groom were getting ready and found them both completely at ease and relaxed. Watching the faces of the bride and groom as they walk towards each other down the aisle is always my favorite part of the ceremony, especially with these two. Chrissy and Matt had been high school sweethearts and could not have been more in love and happy on their wedding day. They were married in Our Lady of Good Counsel in Cutchogue, NY and then headed west to The Snapper Inn, located in Oakdale, NY for a gorgeous ceremony on the water. It was at the bride's home in the morning when Chrissy jumped on to the dirty old lawn mower in her backyard for a photo that made the day for me. She didn't care if her dress got dirty, or if she didn't look perfect. It wasn't about being flawless, it was about fun. The day was full of so much love and joy. I am so happy to have been able to be a part of it.
